Join me to explore, express and grow your deeper Self through creative processes. In these sessions we will use meditation, guided visualisation and expressive art making in a safe, nourishing environment. As always, I especially welcome people who believe they are ‘not creative’, together with fully-fledged creatives and everyone in-between. You can pick and choose workshops or come for the whole series.
On tuning in, we know our souls bypass day-to-day logic to speak to us through images, dreams and intuition, in ways that are uniquely ours.
Three introductory workshops offer you time, space and tools to make your own unique pathway into:
Find and honour your space of tranquillity and safety. This workshop will take you on an inner journey to a space of deep beauty and calm. You will have the opportunity to make something during the session that you will take home to keep as an emblem of the sanctuary you find, like a signpost to that space so that you can return to it whenever you need to.
Saturday 9 August 2014
This workshop takes you to the quiet inner voice of your Core Self, working with your intuition to shed light on your path and help you to align with your Soul’s purpose. Often we are sidetracked by a whole lot of ‘shoulds’ and goals imposed by society, feeling we ought to be doing something more with our lives. This workshop helps decrease the volume of those messages to support you to arrive at a place of stillness and knowing. You will have the chance to make something in the workshop that becomes a signpost to this quiet space and reminds you of your purpose.
Saturday 16 August 2014 – rescheduled, new date will be posted soon.
We have all had moments of wishing we’d trusted our intuition and gut feeling. This workshop will work with intuitive and creative processes to bring your inner wisdom to the fore. Through a process of dialogue with your Wise Self you will have a chance to settle and ease underlying questions, self doubt and the pain of uncertainty. You will also have the chance to record the discoveries of your journey using collage, drawing, painting or writing (whatever is easiest for you).
Workshops are held at the Bunya House Artspace in Arana Hills – 1167 South Pine Road, Arana Hills
