I specialise in working consultatively with community organisations to develop images that promote their services and agenda. I have always gravitated to work in the Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) sector and on projects that promote women’s wellbeing and rights. Listening deeply to people’s stories comes naturally to me. I enter the world of the narratives they share and find that I have visualised their story richly.  I am genuinely interested in the diversity of human experience and expression, and so I enter into the dialogue with total fascination – and empathy. I lived in Mexico for a while and had a visual arts residency in the Philippines, both of which taught me a huge amount about intercultural exchange.

I also work with Videoscribe and stop-start animation. These are wonderful ways to get a message across as movement captivates us. Check out my channel onyou-tube
